Travel Insurance/Motorbike Cover

Any advice on which travel insurance is the best that actually covers motorbike rider and passenger. The rider will have an Australian Drivers License, International Drivers License and get a Bali Drivers License once there and has been riding bikes all his life and also has ridden bikes previously in Bali. Constructive advice please.
