I have sent text to several of the ex-staff to see if they knew anything more. One said he knew it was re-opening but didn't know yet if he had a job or not and the other said she expected she was "too old" to be offered re-employment. I think she is 33 years old!! Apparently over 30 is considered a bit old for female staff in the restaurants and hospitality area. Fingers crossed for them anyway.
