we used Bali Paradise Weddings in July 06. Ally organised everything that we wanted at superb prices and she uses the locals as well which in our opinion is all part of being married there in the first place.
We were a little concerned about our photos but they came out better than any I had seen at home in Perth and the DVD is just awesome.
Go for it and enjoy every moment of it.
