You will love the Niko, right on the beach and next to some of the best rest in Seminyak on the beach.
Also try Mandira, something cheaper like Jayakata which is next door to Niko.
You must enjoy the beach eski bars across from your hotel, good place to meet people and enjoy a bintang watching the sun go down.
If you get a cab make sure his meter is working if not just get another cab. 20,000rp will get you to kuta (centro shopping, waterbomb pk)from Niko.
