It depends on how long you staying in Bali.
You can do half day trips from Sanur to Bird pk and Elephant riding and a day trip water rafting ( which is worth it).
Stay in Ubud for a couple of nights and go to Monkey forrest, Volcano, Ubud markets, these are all close by.
Do a Day trip to Lovina you will see plenty of country side in the days you are out and about.
