They are available from the DVD shop in the discovery (centro) mall. The are on CD ROM and need to be transferred to a memory stick to work. You also need to ren firmwear 3.71 or earlier for them to work. Games are from 150mb - 1.5GB so an 8GB memory stick will be a big plus.
I think they were 20000rp each with a buy 10 get one free deal. I picked up 11 games but haven't checked if they work yet.
