We booked the airfares with air asia the accomadation on asia rooms for KL and the Bali accomadation was direct with the Jayakarta.
If traveling again this way I would only stay one nite in KL at the Airport Hotel and catch the earlier flight the next day. But as for Air Asia i was a bit worried about the seating and service but it was a lot better than expected.
