'Ganesha Bookstore' which is located in Ubud, near Ubud post office. They have some very interesting reads on Bali and real life stories from people who have lived in Bali etc.
Books in the departments stores in Bali are rather expensive and not a huge range if your after new releases or best sellers.
There are a number of book exchanges located throughout Bali where you can pick up some bargain reads.
