Most of the larger shopping centres (Discovery/Carrefore etc) have bookshops, just as you will find anywhere else.
Better value may be found in the book exchanges and second hand book stores.
These are much smaller businesses, typically with books in many different languages, but a bit of a "lucky dip".
These are spread around areas like Poppies 1 and 2, and I'm sure Legian/Tuban/Seminyak are the same.
Other posters may have some addresses or locations.
