To try and answer your questions.
1. There will be a sign with your name and or Garuda Orient Holidays on it.
2. Don't need to change money before you go. You will get better exchange in Bali.
3. Nusa Dua beach is a great place to swim, very calm water and safe.
4. Heaps of transport.
5. At the airport, porters will try and grab your bag and want money from you. You don't need to do this if you don't want to.
At the beach in Nusa Dua, look for a restaurant on the beach, it's just a shake with tables, with great food.
