Hi, we always stay at the Jayakarta and are wanting to again in March but have tried sending emails and I never get a response. How long does it normally take them to respond. I have the website for reservations but as we want particular rooms I would prefer to email direct. Just curious as to whether to try again and how long to wait for response, thanks.
