Hi Ray. We booked our Lombok flights with our complete package thru our travel agent. From memory I think the flights were only about $70 return. We met some people whilst we were in Lombok who took the fast boat to Lombok from Bali. They certainly didn't recommend it, they said it was really rough and would never do it again. They chose to fly back. I would highly recomment Indo Air. Plane was spot on, service was on time and staff were great.
