My mate and I are both around size 11 (aussie sizes) and we struggled with sizes over there.
Not with getting shoes to fit, but getting the size in the shoes we liked.
I bought 2 pairs of Pumas (old skool looking) from the shopping centre opposite Waterbomb.
Also from Kuta Square (i think).
The size you up like any other shoe shop, so getting the wrong sizes isn't a prob. My wife loved it, she's got small feet and managed to get all of the shoes she wanted.
