Go to the no commission money changers.
I always go to the Kodak shops, but recently came across a no commission money lender in Garlic Lane (Saha Dewa) in Legian.
The rate was better than most if not all Kodak shops.
If you change money in AUS you are more likely to be charged commission and get less money for your $.
