Just go for a walk along Jalan Laksmana (also known as Eat St).
Favourites along here are:
Ultimo - Italian, sensational value and lovely outdoor garden setting and upmarket dining atmosphere....also make tasty frozen margaritas.
Med - the head chef has recently changed and so not sure if still same level of food and service, but worth a try.
There is also a small Italian restaurant opposite the Legian Hotel, called Osteria Telese Cucina Italiana - fantastic bruschetta and spag bog....very cheap and cheerful place for fresh pasta
