Re Zen Villas. The villa down the back which is fully walled is not in the letting pool, & therefore not available for rent. Anywhere you stay in Bali will have unfenced pools. It is not a legal requirement. Even a fully walled villa such as you have mentioned, does not have a fence around the pool. You simply have to watch the little ones at all times, just as you would do at the beach.
