i'd ask the hotel to supply a fridge, as at the time of booking their website led you to believe one would be supplied. If they agree to it then make sure you take a copy of the email to Bali.
If they are not replying to your email within a reasonable time frame maybe title your next email 'cancel booking.' Should get their attention.
