I tend to agree with Chickchilli that buying a fridge is a bit excessive. Maybe you need to change hotel. I am a Secret Garden fan and as she says it is just across the market from Fat Yogis. It has actually recently had a price rise and is now Rp.250000 or about$31 Aus or maybe $US27 (approx, not sure on US$ rate) and represents very good value. Along with the price rise they also have in-room safes and Visa payment facilities now. They have a big fridge, TV, A/C, fan, and pool.
If that is too expensive for your budget I think AP Inn next door to Seret Garden is a little cheaper or LA inn also in the Pasar Agung area but I don't know what facilities they have. Masa Inn is also in the area and I think they have a variety of room rates.
Suggest you do a little internet research and maybe change your booking. I noticed the last time we were there in December that Fat Yogis restaurant was closed. The owner had not renewed the lease and it was being renovated but whether that affects Fat Yogis accommodation or not I don't know.
