like nappies, stroller, milton sterilising tablets for bathing. You can buy most things especially food and I imagine formula although at 12 months if no allergies you could switch to milk as might be easier. You will be able to feed your baby alot of foods on offer in the restaurants so don't be too stressed about what they can can't eat.
I have never given my kids any other needles other than the immunisation program, if this has been followed your 12mnth should be fine.
Depends on what area you are looking at staying? We stayed at Patra in Tuban this is a great hotel but could be a bit pricey, Jayakarta gets great reviews and is well priced. Previous trips have stayed at Bali Hai but this has closed. As long as you find a hotel with a toddler pool it will be well catered for a 12 mnth.
