The people on this Forum will probably be comparing the costs of eating at Mozaic with Gado Gado for example when they are on holiday and not with restaurants in London, Hong Kong or New York. Let's also remember that the wages and overheads of restaurants in Bali vs the places you mention are significantly lower ... a major factor in the pricing of a menu.
If you read my post again you will note that I was praising Mozaic's virtues. The quality of food served there more than favorably compares with some of the best restaurants in New York, London or Sydney for that matter.
