buy some travelan you may think its expensive but we swear by it, it works for us believe me you do not need bali belly especially the kids, but its just as important to watch what you eat, wash your hands all the time and dont let the kids put their fingers in their mouths and watch them in the shower and when they clean their teeth ie bottled water only.
