Thank u so much for replying and such encouraging words. For us, your description sounds perfect. We like being quiet, and relaxing - privacy is paramount to us. We have booked a 2 bedroom as I think it looks great. We have never stayed in Seminyak before, only Jimbaran the last 2 times (5 years apart!) so we are used to the distances. In fact, I hate the built up atmosphere of Kuta! I think we have chosen well!
