Stayed at Dynasty in March 2005 with wife and 2 kids, have to agree with Dennisc, we got vouchers there and it worked out at around $3 - $4 per person per day. It is also the best breakfast we have had at any hotel in Bali.
You 15yo will meet kids her age, it's a great family hotel.
