i stayed there in august , the rooms were nice however i found the hotel to be a bit too big for me. we had a room on the 3rd floor and sure got sick of the stairs after a few days of walking around . after the bali bike tour thought they had added an extra floor while we were out .
we also swapped vouchers for the full breakfast but if you want non smoking you will have to go upstairs . there seemed to be a lot of german and dutch people staying there at the same time as us , we never had any problems getting a spot by the pool and the club section pool is very nice and quiet . there was not much interaction between guests and that is why i will stay at a smaller hotel next time .the staff were fine however our phone in our room would not ring out and was not repaired during our stay despite requests . this was not too much of a problem after getting our mobiles sorted out but was a drama when we first got there trying to meet up with son staying somewhere unknown in sanur
