Sorry to hear your not well please do not ignore any temperatures that stick around,cramps,or tiredness my daughter had similiar didnt think it was bali belly not vomiting or gastric but similar symptons to you!After 3 months in and out of hospital they finally treated her with anitbiotics for a servere strain of tropical infection to the stomach she recovered fine after that.Also dengue fever causes high temperatures and tiredness so please get yourself off to a doctor for a blood test to rule anything nasty out!Before anyone jumps on me Im not a nurse(was nurses aid)but no expert but after watching others suffer as I did I know its easy to rule out anything more severe than a dose bali belly by following it up.Good luck and hope you feeling better soon thanx for the advise on the airline bookings too!!!!
