Yes, S & S is near the Padma hotel.
If you walk south from the Padma Hotel, towards the airport, once you go past Mandira Hotel, turn right into the break in the brick wall, towards the beach, at the Lifesavers stand. Its just before the start of the Legian beach Hotel.
