being unlucky if you came down with a case of Bali Belly.
My family and I have travelled to Bali on numerous occassions, averaging 2-3 times a year for the past 8 years, and we have never had Bali Belly. On our last visit we stayed for a month and ate from local warungs and never got sick.
We don't use raspberry cordial or inner health tablets. We don't take antiseptic hand-wipes. We just make sure we wash our hands and eat hot food which has been freshly prepared. We have ice in our drinks no matter where we are. I'm really not one to worry to much and am very carefree, which is how I prefer to be on holidays, rather than worrying about everything.
Also make sure you apply aerogaurd regularly.
Don't worry and enjoy, as anxiety is more likely to make you sick from worrying too much!
