From my understanding Kumpul I is a much older section of a few bungalows near Double 6.
Kumpul II is off Legian St - Gang Arjuna (Legian)& Kumpul III is the newer lot of bungalows further up in Gang Goa (Seminyak)
On the website only II & III are advertised with II being fairly booked out most of the time (long term etc)
If you do a search these 2 Kumpuls were discussed recently with links etc.
