Driver Ketut (Little Jonny). More info??

Hi all. As always, asking my last series of questions before I go to Bali on Tuesday. Have any of you ever used Ketut (little jonny) as a driver?
Just wanted some basic reccomendations so I can for the first time book a driver before I leave (even though it would be belatedly - last minute).
If he is busy, I would much appreciate other drivers names in the Kuta'ish area who charge a reasonable price (is 350-400 RUP, little more for long drives) still acceptable??
