A driver we have used for years is Little Jonny.
He is a family man.
He lives very close to Sanur.
charges 250,ooo rp - per full day -regardless of where your travelling.
Great for touring about.
There is a web page for him here with his phone contact and some pics.
Just text him: he replies quickly if not driving:)
