I can't give you the exact address because I'm away from my computer but if you go to the link below and when that opens click on the link to 'Bali Forum recommendations' you can scroll down until you come to the heading 'Toilets, Loos and Dunnies'. It will tell you where the best ones are in any district, where the emergency ones are and where the 'desperate only' ones are.
