The thing about going to bali is if you have a bladder problem I have found that the hot weather reduces the need. Unless you are out in the backblocks there are toilets in every restaurants and generally you will find the locals are very kind and will let you use theirs. Just be prepared. I have been to bali ten times and that was one of the reasons I keep going back. When you have a health problem like that you tend to be very aware of where is the next pit stop. We westerners tend to think of embarrassing ourselves but they look at it with very open minds. So don't be shocked if a member of the opposite sex walks in on you. To them it's quite normal.
