can be done everywhere,depending on the phone it may be done in a matter of minutes, by a code number i presume, or in some cases it needs a program which may have to be downloaded from the internet. I had a motorola last year which i was told twice couldnt be done then it was done opposite wrap a snapper in seminyak and i collected it 2 days later and it cost,I think, about $20.
