in the world anymore. If you really want to go there then do it. We have just been on a cruise to the south pacific and this included Noumea, this is our third and LAST time in Noumea. Not because of terrorisim but because the place is very dirty and run down and because I felt quite scared walking the streets during the day. I feel so much safer in Bali but that is my experience, each to their own. If you have doubts maybe you need to think long and hard about going there. Good luck, were back in September cant wait!!!
