My other half is a bike enthusiest and has quite a few tattoos and has gotten a few whilst in Bali over the last couple of years. After searching everywhere he went to Wyan at Mr Dolphin in Kuta opp. Stadium Cafe and keeps going back. Its clean, sterile and hes a pretty good artist. Hope this helps
