problems at all. We've travelled the world extensively with our daughter's epi-pens. We've never been asked to surrender them to the flight attendants, but someone on here posted not too long ago that it had happened to them. I would go with Smudges advice should that happen, and hold onto them. The cooler bag we keep hers in also has antihistamine and redipred & we've been able to take it in addition to the allowed amount of liquids. If you do a search here on the forum you'll also see lots of posts with useful info, including the sentence to use in restaurants that explains that your child can't eat peanut products. Cheers, Sue.
