problems at all. We've travelled the world extensively with our daughter's epi-pens. We've never been asked to surrender them to the flight attendants, but someone on here posted not too long ago that it had happened to them. I would go with Smudges advice should that happen, and hold onto them. The cooler bag we keep hers in also has antihistamine and redipred & we've been able to take it in addition to the allowed amount of liquids. If you do a search here on the forum you'll also see lots of posts with useful info, including the sentence to use in restaurants that explains that your child can't eat peanut products.
