because after saving for ever, it is OUR holiday and there are certain things that would make us happy or more comfortable.
So I ask, and also pass on information for that reason.
Also, a lot of the brochures are completely out of date with old phots, and of course as everyone knows, they can't inform you on staff friendliness, room maitenance, other clients likely to stay there etc. Some of us have reason not to believe everything that falls out of a travel agents mouth...
Also, some people just hate kids around when they are holiday, but some people holiday with their young kiddies.
Lots of hotels - lots of reasons.
