When I was in bali with my 5month old, I would wash the bottles in warm water with dishliquid and then boil the lot for a few minutes in a pot on the stove.
Most places now have clean hot and cold water dispensers and if I were to go with babies again, I would wash out milk with cold water then wash with detergent and hot water and then rinse with hot no need for tablets
