I would suggest you check out the nicer range of clothes at Animale (factory outlet has huge stock in Kuta on Jl Raya Kuta) and I expect you will easily find something suitable to wear. Still coolish cottons but more dressy styles.
Another option is to have something made while you are there this time.
Weather should be sunny, blue skies and hot, little chance of rain and less humid than the wetter months.
