Have stayed at PR many times before the renovations. Have only walked through KP with friends as a short cut to the beach.
The PR has 2 pools so you do have a chance of escaping the crowd as tends to happen down at the pool at the beach end where it could get a bit "yobbo-y".
The KP did not impress any of us. Whilst it was certainly new, it was stark and grey and dreary and depressing and none of us liked what we saw.
