travelling to Lovina

Traveling to Bali 29 Feb-15 Mar and are thinking about heading to Lovina for a few days . 4 adults and 2 kids.
We need info on everything!
If we organize a driver from Kuta to take us there, stopping at Crackers for lunch, do we arrange for this same driver to bring us back a few days later or do we get a driver up there?
Also, any recommendations for hotels would be appreciated and roughly what price are we looking at for hotels and driver
