We were chatting to some people on the beach the day of our flight. They decided that they were on a different flight as the time was later than ours. I urged them to call Garuda despite the fact they had been contacted by their tour company for pick up time. They did... we saw them at the airport they were very glad of the casual beach conversation or they would only have been arriving at the airport at boarding time.
