We have H.B.F. private health Insurance and we have claimed, dentists, opticians (Glasses) and even this last visit we went to a chiropractor and when we returned home we sent the accounts to HBF for a refund. The receipts must be written in clear english with a full description of what was done. HBF will only pay you the amount that you would be entitled to get back if the service was provided at home. eg. Chiropractor visit cost us 300,000rp and HBF paid $17.00 which is the same amount we would get back if we visited a Chiro here in Australia (Chiro in Australia is approx $50 a visit) We always claim back our glasses each year - no questions asked.
