I was wondering if you are able to pay a daily rate at hotel kiddies clubs, if you are not a guest at the hotel? We are staying at a Villa and therefore don't have those facilities - we don't want a 'one-on-one babysitter', we want the children to mix with other children. We will be staying in the Legian/Seminyak area, if there are any hotels in this region with good child minding facilities.
