This shop is located on Jalan Raya Seminyak.
I don't have a business card handy, but in terms of general directions, if you know where the Bintang Supermarket is, then cross to the other side of the main road and face back towards the Kuta end.......keep walking for maybe 5 minutes towards Kuta....depending on your walking speed.....(I am a fast walker) it will be on your left side, with a few steps to walk up and is just a small shop.
From memroy I think that you do cross the Double Six intersection to get to it.
