We stayed in room 164, (deluxe room), pool right out the front, (newer pool), theres a bit of grass area out the front to the left, but the ants were a bit of a nuisance,(on the grass, not room)we were there when there were schoolies there, we never had a problem with noise, because they were mainly at the older pool. Room 164 has a king bed, and we had to extra beds (single) put in for our 16 and 12yr old, space was not a problem, but not much closet/drawer space, bit difficult with a 16yr old,(girl) stuff everywhere. I think room 165 would be a better choice though, (next door), send an email to find out if they have a king size bed. The only problem with room 164 (and I hope they have fixed this by now), is when you sit out the front (this room is also on the ground floor), this was our meeting place for an afternoon drink, before deciding where to go for the night. There is some sort of plumbing pipe on the left hand side of the room that leads into the garden, this pipe had a leak in it somewhere, and if you sat to close to it, the stench of unrine was YUK, this didn't happen often, but when it did happen, mainly in the late afternoon/early evening it was disgusting.
