ranges from crook to rooted to buggered. Either way, I am afraid that I couldnt leave him to his own devices. He forgets his medicine doses and would double up on some and not take others. If you can get away and someone else can "keep an eye on him" then go for it. As a carer, I understand that sometimes you just need respite. But i'd still feel guilty
