I think you could expect to leave the airport by 10-ish.
Its approximately an hours drive to Ubud from Ngurah Rai airport.
You can book a taxi at the booth at the airport for a fixed price, email a driver from southern area to take you or an Ubud driver to come down and wait for you.
I have used a driver in Ubud a few times and he has a van. If you want details email me and when I get into my office I will send you his email address and mobile number. Made Arsana.
