we have just returned from 14days departed 17th Dec.The first week early morning showers,long periods of dry,but overcaste and humid and early evening showers and they seemed heavier and more prolonged.From xmas eve 3 days absolutely poured,humid lots of large puddles and not much pool activity.Another thing was the balinese seem to tile everything and take great pains to keep the tiles highly polished and make them dangeroulsly slippery nearly made undignified exit from one of the resteraunts we ate at.Would i go December again no probably not but the last three days of our stay where fantastic during the day with heavy showers returning at night.Another thing I did notice was more mosquito activity with plenty of water laying around. Dont let your enthuiasm be dampened after all it is only my thoughts.
