Ubud hotel similar to Tegal Sari?

Hi,
I will be traveling to Ubud with my parents (it will be their 1st trip to Bali, my 2nd trip there) during Easter, 2008. I was hoping to book a room for us at Tegal Sari, as I stayed there the last time I was in Ubud and loved it, but unfortunately, Tegal Sari is already fully booked. :(

Does anybody have any recommendations for a hotel similar to Tegal Sari (similar price range, or even up to 800,000RP/night?

I would like to have a view of the rice paddies, be within 15-20 minutes to shops/restaurants of Ubud, and get a room/villa large enough for 3 adults.

I've found one hotel that looks pretty good - Tepi Sawah. Any thoughts on that, or any other, hotel???
